This was my first time art directing the service cloud booth. The ask was simple: How can we show the full Service Cloud product suite in way that cuts through the noise of a convention? My solve was equally as simple: Hook attendees with something they weren't expecting (shiny kitchen appliances) and keep them there with a real success story from one of their peers (Fisher & Paykel).

Enter Recipe for Success. The screens feature actual product UI and lead attendees through an interactive story - complemented with fun mini-quizzes - to learn about the benefits of AI and data. The booth is wrapped in classic Salesforce art style and chock full of cheeky easter eggs to keep those waiting their actively engaged.

The results were awesome. With over 8.5k badge scans, our booth was the highest performing of all the company's products.

This year I was in charge of creating the Service Lodge. This space was primarily designed for small breakout sessions and general use common space. While I did help with furniture choices and signage, my main responsibility was the over 810sqft of SEG wall that needed to be illustrated.
